摘要
自创了一台液压控制的具有自动停止、状态检测和过载保护等功能的全自动冻盘成型机,由液压系统、机械系统和PLC控制系统的硬件、软件及控制电路等组成,具有体积小、结构简单、可靠性高、系统稳定等特点,其原理和方法可推广到其他全自动液压机的设计。
A self established hydraulic controlled full automatic frozen plate moulding machine is designed, that made of hydraulic system, mechanical system and the hardware, software and control circuit of PLC control system. The system has some advanced functions such as automatic stop, work condition monitoring and automatic overload protecting, and so on. The system has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high reliability, short development time, and high stability. The principle and the method of this equipment could be applied and promoted to the design for other automatic control hydraulic machines.
