介绍了WinCC和S7-400的基本功能,详细阐述了如何利用WinCC的全局脚本编辑器,将用户自行开发的模糊控制算法嵌人到WinCC中。通过WinCC和S7-400之间的通信,采用调节蠕动泵动作时间的方式,实现了对木薯酒精发酵过程值p H的控制,实验表明该方法是有效的。
The basic functions of WinCC and S7-400 are introduced, how to use the Global Script of WinCC to embed the user-developed fuzzy control algorithm into WinCC is expatiated. Through the communication between WinCC and S7-400, the control of pH value of cassava alcohol fermentation was realized by adjusting the action time of the pump. The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed is effective.
