摘要
数控机床的对刀操作是数控加工中重要而关键的环节,对刀精度的高低直接影响零件的加工质量,而对刀效率也与数控加工效率密切相关。通过对几个关键概念的具体分析,并结合几种常用对刀操作的说明,阐述了数控对刀的操作方法及原理。
Tool-setting operation is an important key-rathe in NC machining. The precision of tool-setting influences directly the processing quality of the parts, and the efficiency of tool-setting is also related closely with the processing efficiency of NC machining. By analyzing several concrete key-conceptions, and combine with the explanation of several common operations, the technique of tool-setting was put forward.
