摘要
目的研究在综合大学开展性健康教育的可行性和有效性。方法以未接受性健康教育的新生为对照组,以接受性健康教育学生为干预组,采用问卷调查法,比较2组对性健康知识的了解、知晓情况,评价健康教育的效果。采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。结果对照组和干预组学生均希望了解性知识,认为有必要开设性健康课程,且干预组学生所占比例明显高于对照组;干预组学生对性健康知识、避孕措施,性病的防治知识的知晓程度明显好于对照组,对社会一些不良现象有理性的判断能力(婚外情、一夜情等)。结论以公共选修课的形式对学生开展内容和形式多样的性健康知识教育,效果明显,可继续推广。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and the effectiveness of sexual knowledge education on the undergraduates in integrated university. Methods The undergraduates were divided into two groups: the disturbed group and the control group. The former was given some sexual knowledge education, and the latter not. In order to check the effectiveness of education, by the software of SPSS 10.0. Results The disturbed group obtained more knowledge about sex, venereal disease prevention and contraception measures. They could determine correctly some unhealthy phenomena (sexual relationship out of marriage, one - night sexual relationship, etc. ). Conclusion The effectiveness of healthy education is positive. Dalian University should continue and enrich the program.
