摘要
生存能力是指挥信息系统能够充分发挥作战效能的前提和保障,应用决策理论和模糊理论研究指挥信息系统生存能力评估问题。引入了适用于复杂系统综合评估的CAHP方法,并以某炮兵指挥信息系统生存能力评估为例,阐述了该方法的具体应用。某炮兵指挥信息系统生存能力得到了客观的评价,并提出了提高其生存能力的建议。充分证明了CAHP方法在指挥信息系统生存能力评估中的价值和优势。
Viability is the precondition and guarantee for C4ISR working all right. This article studies viability evaluation of C4ISR with Decision-making Theory and Fuzzy Theory. It introduces comprehensive analytic hierarchy process which is applied in comprehensive system evaluation. And the case of evaluating certain artillery C4ISR expounds the application of Comprehensive Analytic Hierarchy Process (CAHP). At last, it succeeds in evaluating the certain artillery C4ISR and suggests how to enhance the viability of the certain artillery C4ISR. This proves the value and advantage of using CAHP in viability evaluation of C4ISR.
