摘要
通过模态与谐响应分析过程,建立了密封电磁继电器整机有限元模型,分析、验证了整机结构的传振路径。通过分析结构中关键位置的振动加速度响应曲线及触头接触力的响应曲线,确定了安装耳固定的最佳位置。同时,分析了整机重心位置对触头接触性能的影响。所得结论对于军用密封电磁继电器抗振性能的提高具有实用价值。
A finite element model of hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay was built and through normal modes analysis and frequency response analysis, and the vibration transitive path was studied. The result curves of acceleration response and force response of the finite model which indicate how the position of the mounting ear and central gravity affect the relay' s anti-vibration character was investigated. In the end, the best position of mounting ear was found and the relation between relay' s structure and performance of anti-vibration was analyzed. The conclusion is of great value for the hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay manufacture and optimizing.
