摘要
通过三维有限元方法,利用Maxwell3D软件的瞬态分析模块对双E型交流接触器的动态特性进行了分析。利用瞬态分析功能,对不同合闸相角下交流接触器电磁机构的动态特性进行了仿真,得到其时间特性及速度特性;并进一步分析了其动态吸力与反力的配合。该仿真为动态优化设计提供了有效手段。
The dynamic character of Twin-e AC contactor was analyzed by 3D finite element method with the analysis software Maxwell 3D. Using the analysis function of transient state, the dynamic simulation on electromagnetism organization of AC contactor under different angles had carried on. The curves of dynamic characteristic of time and speed had obtained;and the match of dynamic attractive force and counterforce was analyzed further. The simulation provides effective means for dynamic optimizing design.
