四种结缔组织疾病肺部改变的影像学诊断及临床意义

收集经临床或病理证实、影像学资料完整的四种结缔组织疾病 2 5例 ,对其影像学表现进行了分析。结果 2 5例中 X线发现肺部改变 15例 ,CT18例 ,HRCT2 5例。提示

Objective To improve knowledge of imaging diagnosis for connective tissue disease in lung and to upgrade the skill for the early diagnosis etod:2 5cases of connective tissue disease proved by clinical and pathologic diagnostic had been collected with completed imaging data.Analysis for imaging display had been done.Result:Fifteen cases of lung damage disease were discovered by X- ray.Eighteen cases were discovered by CT and2 5cases were discovered by HRCT.Conclusion:HRCT is the best method for ob- serving the occurrence and expansion of the interstitial lung disease.
