西部地区高端妇幼健康需求市场的量化分析

Quantitative analysis of higher standard health needs of women and children in west part of china

目的：分析西部地区高端妇幼健康需求的市场容量和发展趋势,指导妇幼卫生决策。方法：采用1998年全国卫生服务调查资料和四川省卫生统计资料,分别采用医疗需求法、卫生支出法和机构收入法测算高端妇幼卫生市场容量,进行灵敏度分析。结果：西部地区妇幼健康需求呈现多元化增长趋势,高端妇幼卫生市场增长明显。四川省的高端妇幼健康需求市场容量在2005年将达到8-12亿元。结论：制定西部地区妇幼卫生策略既要适应高端服务需求变化,又要立足区域卫生规划,发展多元化、多层次的妇幼健康服务体系。

Objective： To study the trend of higher standard health needs of women and children in west part of china and to provide grounding in maternal and child health strategic planning. Methods： Women and children＇s Health demand, average individual health expenditures, and hospital incomes were analyzed using data from the National Health Service Survey in 1998 and Sichuan Provincial Health Service Annual 2001 - 2002. Multiple factors were considered in sensitive analysis. Results： The volume of women and children＇s health demand was increasing gradually and would be up to 800 - 1200 million RMB in 2005 in Sichuan province. Conclusion： Higher needs of women and children for higher health service should be addressed in the development of women and children＇s health system.
