祁连圆柏种子生物学特性及播种育苗技术研究

Research on Bionomics and Sowing Seedling Raising Technology of Sabina przewalskii

祁连圆柏种子发芽极其困难,种源、种质、采种年份等对播种育苗有重要影响。但制约种子发芽的关键是:种子在充分吸水后,必须渡过一个以上的"冬负积温—夏正积温—冬负积温"变温周期,才能解除其深度休眠,而后发芽出苗。该树种苗期生长属全期生长类型。露地播种育苗生产周期一般需4—5a。

Sabina przealskii seed germination is very difficult, provenance, germplasm and adopt to seed collection age have important influence to the sowing seedling raising; but the key of the check and supervision seed gerination： the seed has to pass through ＂the winter negative accumulated temperaturemthe summer positive accumulated temperaturemthe winter negative accumulated temperature＂ to change period after the seed absorbed water enougth, then can be relieve itsdepth dormancy germination and emergence. That tree grows during the seedling period growth was belong to full--time growth type. Sowing and seedling raising production period is need generally 4--5 years in the nursery.
