摘要
对青海省的388份大麦地方品种资源进行了连续3a的农艺性状鉴定和连续2a的抗病性鉴定,从中筛选出优异地方种质资源10份。鉴定结果表明:1、大麦在其适宜种植区域是优势作物,有较广泛的适应性和抗病性,可作为抗性育种的种质资源。2、具有很强的地域生态特点。
A set of 388 indigenous local barley were tested in three years progressively for the agronomic traits, as well as for diseases resistance in the field for two years in Xining of Qinghai Province. Ten local barley with good agronomical characteristics and grain quality were identified. The result showed 1. These accessions can be used as resistant breeding or resources for excellent grain quality in barley breeding. 2. These accessions have obvious regional ecological characters.
