摘要
研究了不同的镉浓度胁迫对补血草种子萌发的影响,结果表明:较低浓度的镉胁迫对补血草种子的萌发率有轻微的刺激作用,但总体上表现为抑制其萌发;补血草种子的鲜重、芽长、根长、叶绿素含量随镉浓度的增加呈下降趋势,其中镉浓度对根长比对芽长的影响显著;膜透性随着镉浓度的增加明显增加,说明镉抑制了补血草种子的萌发。
Study the effect of Cd^2+concentration on Limonium sinense seeds germination, The results showed that high Cd^2+ content inhibited Limonium sinense seeds germination, seed fresh weight, shoot length and root length and chlorophyll content decline, But membrane preamerbility have the opposite effects,Cd^2+ restrain the germination of Limonium sinense Seeds.
