贵重动物类中药材蛋白质SDS-PAGE的图谱研究

Studies on Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate-polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis Atlas of Protein in Precious Animal TCM

目的:为贵重动物类中药材的真伪鉴别提供科学的依据。方法:用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)测定人工牛黄、鹿蹄筋、蝮蛇、乌梢蛇、金钱白花蛇及其伪品的主要蛋白质分子量。结果:获得清晰的电泳谱带及相应数据。结论:方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为蛇类药材、人工牛黄、鹿蹄筋及其制剂的生产、质量控制提供参考。

Objective： To offer scientific basis of distinguish precious animal TCM. Method： Molecular weights of the proteins were measured by modified sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （ SDS-PAGE ）. Results ： The bands were always quite distict. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reliable and with good reproducibility. It can supply reference datas on quality control and preparation produce of snakes, Calculus Bovis and Cervus.
