摘要
目的:通过研究龙葵Solanum nigrum L.中的非皂苷类化学成分,旨在深入探索和发现龙葵中新的活性物质。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex-LH20柱色谱及反相制备高效液相色谱法进行分离,并利用波谱手段对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从龙葵60%乙醇提取物中分离得到7个非皂苷类化合物,其化学结构分别为6-甲氧基-7羟基香豆素(Ⅰ)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅳ)、对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅴ)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(Ⅵ)、腺苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅲ)、(Ⅶ)为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: Chemical constituents of the non-saponins from Solanum nigrum L. were studied. Methods: The separation was performed on the silic gel CC, Sephadex-LH20 CC as well as preparative HPLC. The constituents were isolated and identified by spectral methods. Results: Five compounds isolated from 60% ethanol extract were identified as 6-methoxy-7hydroxycoumarin (Ⅰ). syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ) , pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅲ ) , 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid ( Ⅳ ) , phydroxybenzoic acid( Ⅴ ) ,3-methoxy-4--hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅵ) , adenosine ( Ⅶ). Conclusion : Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅶ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
