摘要
目的:研究大叶香茶菜的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从大叶香茶菜叶的乙酸乙酯部分分到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:Rabdophyllin H(Ⅰ),Lushanrubescensins F(Ⅱ),Maoyecrystal J(Ⅲ),Taibaijaponicain A(Ⅳ),Rabdosinate(Ⅴ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ-Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of lsodon macrophyllus. Methods : Compounds were spearated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidences. Results: Six compounds were obtained from EtOAc extract of leaves of Isodon macrophyllus and identified as rabdophyllin H( Ⅰ ), lushanrubescensins F( Ⅱ ) , maoyecrystal J( Ⅲ ) , Taibaijaponicain A( Ⅳ ) , rabdosinate( Ⅴ ) , daucostero( Ⅵ ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅱ-Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
