摘要
目的:研究环维黄杨星D对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌梗死模型,分别测定手术后各组大鼠的心电图S-T段,心肌损伤范围(坏死及缺血范围),心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性。结果:环维黄杨星D(1.1,2.2 mg/kg)能明显减轻结扎冠状动脉致心肌损伤,减小模型大鼠心肌梗死面积,显著抑制心肌缺血大鼠心电图S-T段升高,显著抑制模型大鼠心肌中SOD活性降低、MDA含量升高,显著抑制模型大鼠心肌中CPK活性降低。结论:环维黄杨星D对结扎大鼠冠状动脉所致心肌缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Objectives: To study the cardiac protection of Cyclovirobuxinum D (Cvb-D) in rats model. Methods: The rats were subjected to left main coronary artery occlusion. The change about S-T segment, the area of myocardial injury (necrotic and ischemic areas), the amount of cardiac tissue malondialdehyde (MDA), the cardiactissue creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and the cardiac tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD) activation were measured. Results: Compared to the model group, Cvb-D( 1.1 mg/kg, 2. 2 mg/kg dosage) significantly reduce myocardial damage, reduce myocardial ischemia mode rats'∑ s-t of ECG, significantly reduce cardiac tissue CPK activation and MDA content, raise the cardiac tissue SOD activation in the rats with myocardial ischemia. Conclusion: Cvb-D is effective in treatment of myocardial ischemia in rats.
