摘要
用图像分析技术,对30例再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者治疗前后骨髓细胞内细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)、脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)、核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORS)进行定量测试,并与正常对照作了比较分析。结果:CCO、SDH、DNA、AgNORs治疗前含量明显低于正常对照;NAP含量显著增高,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。病情缓解或痊愈后,其含量分别接近正常人(P>0.05)。提示生物氧化酶、DNA代谢紊乱,AgNORs、NAP异常,在AA发病中有着重要作用。
Cytochrome oxidase (CCO), Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), neutrophilic granulocytes alkaline phosphatase (NAP), deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions associated proteins(AgNORs) in bone marrow cells of 30 cases with aplastic anemia before and after therapy and the healthy persons were measured in active amount by microscospectroscopic Image Analyser.The results showed that CCO、SDH、DNA、 AgNORs amount of aplastic anemia before therapy were lower than normal ones, NAP amount of the patients with AA before therapy was higher than normal persons, through statistic analysis, P <0. 01,high significant differnce. After basic cure or remission, the amount of them approach normal ones, (P >0. 05). It suggested the disorder of biological oxidase and DNA, and abnormality of AgNORs、 NAP was important in suffering from AA.
