抑郁症患者防御方式及其家庭功能的研究

The Study of Family Function and Defense Style in Depression.

目的探讨抑郁症患者的防御方式及其家庭功能,为心理护理干预措施提供依据。方法采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、防御方式问卷(DSQ)及家庭环境量表中文版(FES—CV)对60例抑郁症患者(抑郁症组)和60名健康自愿者(对照组)进行调查,并将调查结果加以比较.结果①抑郁症组中间型及不成熟防御机制评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而成熟防御机制评分则明显低于对照组(P<0.05);②抑郁症组家庭亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、娱乐性及组织性评分均明显低于对照组,而矛盾性及控制性评分则明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论抑郁症患者较多采用不适当的心理防御方式,家庭支持系统不良,此为今后开展分析性心理治疗,实施心理护理干预措施提供了依据.

Objective To explore family function and defense style in depression. Methods 60 patients with depression and 60 controls were tested by the Defense Style Questionnaire （DSQ and the Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version （FES-CV）. Results （1）The scores of immature and neurotic defense mechanism were significantly higher and the scores of mature mechanism were lower in the depression group than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,（2）The scores of the cohesion, emotion expression, independence, success, entertainment and organization Were significantly lower and the scores of the conflict and control were higher in the depression group than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Patients with depression always use unsuitable psychosocial defense style, or unhealthy family support system. According to this, it supplies evidences to psychological treatment and nursing interference.
