西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁的对照研究

A Comparative Study of Cltalopram in the Treatment of Senile Depression.

目的比较西酞普兰与丙米嗪治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效及安全性.方法69例脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分成两组。其中研究组35例,应用西酞普兰治疗;对照组34例,应用丙米嗪治疗;疗程均为6周。采用汉米尔顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评定量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定药物的不良反应.结果两组总体疗效相当(P>0.05),但西酞普兰不良反应较丙米嗪组发生率低.结论西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高.

Objective To compare curative effects and safety of eitalopram and imipramine in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods 69 patient with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into study （n= 35, eitalopram） and control group （n= 34, imipramine） for 6 weeks, Clinical curative effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Clinical Global Impression （CGI） and side effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）, Results There was no significant difference in global curative effect between the two groups （P〉0. 05）; citalopram took effect quicker, its side effects was milder, Conclusion Citalopram has significant curative efficacy, milder adverse reactions and higher safety in the treatment of post-strok depression.
