摘要
目的探讨内隐联想测验(Implicit Association Test,简称IAT)在军事心理学领域的应用.方法结合军队的需要,对内隐联想测验的理论和原理进行介绍,并整理其性能及应用的最新进展.结果相对其它测量方法,内隐联想测验在军人价值观测量方面应用有很强的优势。结论该方法在我军枝术岗位和重要领域军官选拔中的价值取向等空白测量领域会产生的重要作用.
Objective To introduce the Implicit Association Test (IAT) and discuss its application in Military Psychology. Methods Combined with the Military requirement, introduce IAT's theories, function and latest progress. Results Compared with other test methods, applying in army man's valuation test, IAT has outstanding advantages. Conclusion IAT will exert a considerable impact on the vacant domain of value test which used to select the military officers and soldiers in key post or technical post.
