摘要
总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化在一定程度上反应机体抗氧化能力情况。对北京市男子手球青年队进行模拟高住低练和低住高练后,观察机体T-AOC及MDA的变化情况。结果显示,高住低练组(Hi-Lo)总抗氧化水平高峰期出现在第1周,持续时间较短;而血清丙二醛高峰期出现在急性暴露10h及第1、2周,持续时间长,第3周有逐渐下降的趋势。高练低住组(Lo-Hi)总抗水平高峰期出现在低氧训练第12个单元,出现时间相对较晚;而血清丙二醛高峰期出现在低氧训练第1、5个单元,持续时间相对较长,然后有下降的趋势。提示机体总抗水平的变化在间歇性低氧暴露过程中需要一定时间的积累,而血清丙二醛对低氧暴露反应所需时间很短,二者在机体抗氧化系统中存在一定关系。
The whole change in T-AOC and MDA reflects the anti-oxidation abilities of the body (to) at a certain extent. This study explores the change of T- AOC and MDA in simulated "Living High and Training Low" and "Living Low and Training High" of the Beijing handball men team .The results show that 1)A-TOC of Hi-Lo group reached a peak at the end of first week and began to decline; MDA reached a peak after 10 hours" hypoxic exposure, lasting for two weeks ,then began to decline (until) from the third week.2) A-TOC of Lo-Hi group reached a peak in the third week; MDA reached a peak after 10 hours" hypoxic exposui'e, and (lasted) lasting for a week, then began to decline. The results indicate that A- TOC needs to accumulate for some time during the process of intermittent hypoxia exposure, but the change of MDA is rapid. There is a certain relationship between A-TOC and MDA.
