月经过少子宫内膜中基质金属蛋白酶-11及基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1表达及意义 被引量:6

Expression of matrix metalloproteinases-11 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases-1 in endometrium of hypomenorrhea

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-11(MMP-11)和基质金属蛋白抑制物-1(TIMP-1)在月经过少患者子宫内膜中的表达与月经过少发病机制的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测MMP-11蛋白和TIMP-1蛋白在月经过少子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果:月经过少组子宫内膜MMP-11蛋白表达在增殖期腺上皮和间质均显著低于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05,P<0.05);月经过少组子宫内膜腺上皮中TIMP-1蛋白表达,在增殖期和分泌期均显著低于正常子宫内膜(P<0.05,P<0.05)。而间质细胞TIMP-1蛋白表达在增殖期和分泌期与正常子宫内膜间质细胞差异无显著性(P>0.05,P>0.05)。结论:MMP-11可能参与了子宫内膜的重建、增生。MMP-11的调节为多因素调节,TIMP-1仅是其中因素之一。 Objective:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-ll (MMP-11) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-1) in endometrium of hypomenorrhea patients and its association with the pathogenesis of hypomenorrhea. Methods:Immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to detect the expression of MMP-11 protein and TIMP-1 protein in endometrium of hypomenorrhea patients and in normal endometrium. Results:MMP-11 expression in endometrial glandular cells and stromal ceils of hypomenorrhea patients was lower than that of normal subjects (P〈0.05,P〈0.05). TIMP-1 expression in endometrial glandular cells was lower than that of normal subjects during the proliferative and secretory phases (P〈0.05,P〈0.05). TIMP-1 expression in stromal cells was not significiantly different between hypomenorrhea patients and normal subjects during the proliferative and secretory phases (P〉0.05,P〉0.05). Conclusions:MMP-11 might participate in the re-establishment and generation of endometrium. There are multiple factors in regulatoring the expression of MMP-11.TIMP-1 is just one of the factors.
