静脉采血中应用止血带影响血糖含量的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effects of Blood-sugar Content in Vein Blood Sampling with Tourniquet

为了探讨应用止血带对血糖含量的影响规律．1996年1～5月我们对60例患者进行了实验研究。实验结果表明应用止血带可致血糖含量降低．降低的程度与止血带应用时间成正比。因此，护士在采集血糖标本时要酌情应用止血带。

For exploring the regulation affecting blood sugar content when nurse used tourniquet,we conducted a experimental study with 60 cases from Jan. 1996～May, 1996. The result showed using tourniquet could reduce blood sugar content. The decreased levet has a direct ratio relation with tourniquet using time. So using tourniquet shouldtake into consideration when nurses collect samples of blood sugar.
