茶色素对高脂血症的治疗作用

Study on the Effect of Tea Pigment on Hyperlipemia

目的：观察茶色素对高脂血症的治疗作用。方法：４５例高脂血症患者口服茶色素１２５ｍｇ／次，每日３次，疗程１个月，自身对照。结果：茶色素有明显降低血脂作用：降低血清总胆固醇的有效率为６６７％，降低甘油三脂的总有效率为６１１％，提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的有效率为６００％，降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的有效率为７２２％。血液流变学变化提示，茶色素具有抗凝、促纤溶、防止血小板粘附与聚集等多种药理作用。无毒副作用。结论：茶色素是一种疗效好而副作用少的血脂调节药，有益于冠心病。

Objective:To observe the effect of tea pigment on hyperlipemia.Methods:Fourty-five patients with hyperlipemia were treated by tea pigment(125 mg/time,3 times a day)during one month.Results:Tea pigment could significantly decrease the level of blood lipid.Blood rheology measurements showed that tea pigment could prevent blood coagulation,promote fibrinolysis,prevent platelets adhere aggregation,and so on.Tea pigment had no toxic and side effects.Conclusions:Tea pigment was a drug with high curative ratio and low side effects for decreasing the level of blood lipid,and was effective on coronary heart disease.
