摘要
文章介绍了继电保护通信规约IEC 60870-5-103及其在35 kV微机线路保护装置上下位机软件中的应用。在该规约实现过程中,充分利用了ADO数据库技术,采用多线程编程方法,分层编写了发送报文组装、接收报文处理等程序,并对保护装置进行了测试。结果表明,本装置能实现基本的遥控、遥信、遥测等通信功能,并成功实现了上下位机的联调。
This article introduces relay protection communication protocol IEC 60870-5-103 and its realization on 35 kV power line protection devices. By taking full advantages of ADO database and multithreading technology, the programs for transmitting and receiving message have been completed and the line protection device has been tested. The result shows that the functions of remote controlling, remote signaling and remote measuring can be realized by the devices and the program debugging between computer and devices is also carried out successfully.
