糖尿病微血管病变患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病微血管病变的发病机制,为临床糖尿病微血管病变的防治提供依据。方法选择74例2型糖尿病患者和15名健康对照,常规测量身高、体重、血压;检测血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、尿白蛋白排泄率;利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测所有研究对象血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)水平;经眼科专人眼底镜检查及荧光眼底血管造影检查。结果①糖尿病患者血清IGF-1水平明显高于对照组。②糖尿病合并微血管病变时血清IGF-1水平明显高于无微血管病变组,且血清IGF-1水平与糖尿病微血管病变的严重程度呈正相关。结论血清IGF-1水平可以反映糖尿病微血管病变的严重程度,对糖尿病微血管病变的诊断有参考价值,并可作为糖尿病微血管病变治疗的新靶点。 Objective To analyze the changing rule of the serum level of IGF-1 in diabetic microangiopathy patients, and to further explore the pathogenesis of diabetic micmvascular complications, to offer warranty for prevention and cure of diabetic micmvascular complications, Methods The 74 patients diagnosed type 2 DM were chosen to be case group. The 15 normal individuals tested in out-patient clinic were as control group. All of research subjects were measured height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood fat with routine methods, fasting insulin and urinary albumin were measured with radioimmunoassay, The serum level of IGF-1 was measured with ELISA. Ocular fundus test and fundus fluoneseein angiography were made. Results ①The serum levels of IGF-1 are significantly higher in patients with DM than those in control group.②The serum levels of IGF-1 are significantly higher in diabetic patients with microvascular complications than those in diabetic patients without. The study shows a positive correlation between the serum level of IGF-1 and severity of diabetic microangiopathy. Conclusion The level of IGF-1 can indicate severity of diabetic microangiopathy. The serum levels of IGF-1 rnay be valuable in diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy and be a new cure point for diabetic microangiopathy.
