中药治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎临床观察

An clinical observation on the treatment of exudative central choriorethetis with traditional Chinese medicine

目的：观察口服加减化斑汤和知柏地黄汤治疗中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎的疗效。方法：47例49只眼中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎患者炎症活动期用加减化斑汤治疗，退行期用加减知柏地黄汤治疗，通过眼底荧光血管造影和视功能检查对疗效进行评价。结果：经过平均4个月的治疗后，49只眼中有效者43只眼（87.75％）。结论：加减化斑汤和加减知柏地黄汤对中心性渗出性脉络膜炎有提高视功能和缩短病程的作用。

To observe the curative effects of jiajian huabantang and zhibaidihuangtang in treatment of exudative central chorioretinitis. METHODS: Forty nine eyes of 47patients with exudative central chorioretinitis were treated with jiajian huabantang in the Period ofactive stage of the inflammation and with jiajian zhibai dihuangtang in the Period of retrogradestage. The curative effects of patients were evaluated according to fluorescin fundus angiographyand their visual functions. RESULTS: The average Period of treatment was 4 months. Forty threeeyes were effectvie, and the effective rate was 87.75% in the treaded 49 eyes. CONCLUSION: Thejiajian huabantang and jiajian zhibai dihuangtang could promote visual acuity and shorten thePeriod of disease in the treatment of exudative central chorioretinitis.
