摘要 动物细胞培养是生物、医学研究和应用中广泛采用的技术方法,可分为原代和传代培养,有贴壁、悬浮和固定化培养等培养方式.细胞生长具有特殊的生物学性质,需要无菌、恒温和充分的营养环境.动物细胞培养技术在拥有广阔的发展空间和光明前景的同时也面临着诸多问题和挑战. Animal cell culture including primary culture and subculture is a technology widely used in the research and application of biology and medical science, also there are monolayer culture suspension culture, immobilizing culture three modes. The growth and multiplication of cell needs sterilion, homoeothermic and sufficient nutrition. Animal cell culture technology is now facing challenge and opportunity, and it is being more and more important in science and society.
