雷公藤甙片在白内障术后的临床应用

An application of tabella triptorygh after extracapsular extraction of cataract

目的：观察雷公藤甙片在白内障术后的抗炎作用。方法：65例白内障囊外摘出术后患者随机分为雷公藤甙片治疗组和泼尼松对照组。术后前8天连续观察睫状充血、角膜内皮水肿、角膜后沉着物、Tyndall征、残留皮质和后囊膜浑浊。结果：两组的抗炎作用无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗组副作用明显小于对照组；残留皮质吸收和手术切口愈合治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：雷公藤甙片对白内障水后眼具有明显的抗炎作用。

To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of triptoryph inextracapsular extraction of cataract- METHODS: Sixty five patients after extracaPSular extractionof cataract were randomly divided into the treated group with tabella triptoryph and the controlgroup with prednisone. The patients had been examined continually on ciliary congestion, cornealendothelium edema, keratitic precipitates, Tyndall sign, remain corticalis, and opacity of postcapsular membrane for 8 days after operations. RESULTS: There was no signification deferencebetween two groups (P >0.05) in anti-inflammatory effect. In the treated group the side effect wasobviously alleviated in comparison with those in control group. In the treated group the disappear-ance of remained corticalis and the healing of cuts were better than those in the control group.CONCLUSION: Tabella triptoryph have an obvious anti-inflammative effect in thePOstoperative patients of extracaPSular extraction of cataract.
