摘要
总部基地越来越受到关注,并成为城市发展的新增长点。本文首先从总部基地的内涵入手来说明总部基地与总部经济的关系,并对总部基地的类型及特征加以阐述。对于推动总部基地发展的因素,主要通过总部产业推动和城市功能目标转变两个方面来加以分析。
Headqnarter-base has been paid more and more attention, which has become new growth pole of the city. Its this paper, the concept of Headquarter-base and the relationship of Headquarter-base and Headquarter-economy were elaborated. The types and ebaraeters of Headquarter - base were expound too. There were two sides was analyzed for the factors of the promoting the Headquarter- base, one is Headquarter-industry, the other is the transition of city fanction.
