摘要
本文借鉴了国内外有关区域和城市创新能力的评估体系,将熵值理论引入到传统模糊综合评判法中,建立创新投入能力、创新支撑能力、创新管理能力和创新产出能力为基础的城市创新能力评估体系,纵向比较近5年宁波城市的创新能力变化,比较性地指出宁波的城市创新情况。
Based on foreign and domestic researches about city innovative capacity assessment, the paper applies the entropy theory in traditional fuzzy synthetical evaluation model, and use the model to assess citys innovative capacity which includes innovative factors input capacity, innovative support capacity, innovative management capacity and innovative output eapacit）. With the analysis of city＇ s innovative capaeity change in 2001 - 2005, we will get a complete pieture of ningbos innovative capacity.
