摘要
宝鸡市是西部的中型城市,处于工业化中期的初级向中级过渡的时期。其工业园区内部的工业体系与外部空间布局一定程度上阻碍了宝鸡市创建国家生态园林城市的目标进程。文章从分析宝鸡市目前工业园区存在的问题入手,认为在遵循资源优势原则、强关联性原则和规模性原则的基础上,经过距离指向的土地功能区划,根据区域地理特征以及利用生产原料之间化学反应关系和成品物理使用范围组建的关联企业聚集的工业园区体系才能够满足宝鸡市进行国家生态园林城市的建设需要。
Baoji , a middle city in western China , being transition from elementary stagc to intermediate stage of the medium - term industrialization . The inner industry system and exterior space distribution of it' s industry park preclude the proceeding of establishing a national eco - garden city to some extent . The author analyses the present problem of Baoji' s industry park ,aml believe that the industry park system which constructed depending on district geographx character anti following the three principles : resource advantage ,strong relationship and scale , and the distance guide of section on land tunetion , together with setting up raw chemistry relationship and the bounding physics use of finished product . can satisfy the need of building a national eco- garden city in Baoji .
