摘要
中国在原产地规则的制订方面比较被动。现有的中国-东盟自由贸易区原产地规则中的原产地标准完全是仿效东盟自由贸易区规则制定的,它存在诸多的缺陷。本文就中国-东盟自贸区原产地规则存在的问题及完善该原产地规则的对策进行了探讨。
China is passive in making rules of origion. The existing origion standard of rules of origion in CAFTA is made out by imitating AFTA＇ s rules of origion; it has many defects. This article has probed into the problems existent in CAFTA＇ s rules of origion and into the countermeasures on how to improve this rules of origion.
