摘要
食品是人类赖以生存和发展的基本物质条件,也是国家安定、社会发展的根本要素。由于食品行业的不断增多,跨越的时空范围不断扩大,各类食品安全问题也随之出现。本文在借鉴世界经济发达国家的食品安全立法的基础上,就我国食品安全存在的原因进行了系统的分析,并就食品安全法律体系的完善,提出了相应的方法。
Food is one of the basic material cnnditions on which existence and development rely, and also one of the fundamental necessities for national stability and unity, as well as social development. Due to the expansion of food industry the range of factors involved concerning food safety have been enlarging, resuhing in various food safety problems. Using the food safety law in the western developed countries for reference, this article systematically analyses the reasons for the current food safety problems in China and, further proposes corresponding measures to help complete the legat system of food safety.
