摘要 针对内弹道过程具有高温、高压、时间短、速度变化快,同时伴随着剧烈的冲击与振动的特点,系统选用Kistler公司的8742A10型压电式冲击加速度传感器,采用CPLD作为控制核心,实现对弹丸内弹道加速度高速采样存储,经积分计算弹丸初速,进而评估内弹道加速度积分法测弹丸初速的测量精度.分析了系统的关键技术和算法精度.试验结果表明,该系统测速精度为0.93%,满足弹丸初速存储测试的要求. Aiming at some characteristics of the interior ballistic, such as high temperature, high pressure, short time and fast velocity change, strong impact and vibration, high-speed sampling and storage of projectile acceleration in the interior ballistic was realized by utilizing 742A10-type piezoelectric impact accelerometer of Kistler company and adoping CPLD as control core. Projectile initial velocity was obtained through integrating projectile acceleration, and further its measurement precise was evaluated. The key technique and arithmetic precision of the system were carefully analyzed. The experimental results show that the precision of the system was 0. 93% , the system can satisfied the requirement of projectile initial velocity storage measurement and test.
