摘要
根据炮兵作战指挥稳定性评估的4项指标体系,并以指挥决策能力指标为例,运用云理论对其评估。其步骤包括:确定水平指标参数、抽取出各指标状态值、求各指标的云模型表征、求各指标参数的权重、求各指标云模型的期望值和熵、求加权综合云重心向量、计算加权偏离度、用云模型实现评测的评语集。其他3项指标照此法类推,并利用层次分析法确定出4项指标的权重及其评语,输入评测云发生器得到其作战指挥稳定性评估。
Taking the index of commanding decision-making ability decision as an example, the cloud theory is used to evaluate the stability of artillery campaign command according to its four indexes systems. Its steps include: confirming the horizontal index parameter, taking out the state value of each index, calculating the cloud model token of each index, finding the weight of each index parameter, working out the expected value and entropy of each index cloud model, evaluating the integration cloud gravity center vector, counting the weighting deviates from degree, and realizing the comment collection being assessed and tested with the cloud model. Three other indexes could be analogized in terms of the above steps, while weight and comment of the four indexes could be determined by AHP. When the evaluating cloud generator is input, the stability evaluation of artillery campaign command is achieved.
