基于Fuzzy和Markov的防空兵群(团)战斗力效绩评定

摘要 防空兵群(团)战斗力效绩评定,首先运用Fuzzy综合模糊评判对防空兵群(团)所属的基本作战单元(营)战斗力进行评估,得出综合等级。再应用Markov链将防空兵群(团)的年度综合评定成绩分为n个等级,先分析确定防空兵群(团)的模型类型,再组织专家组对单个作战单元等级综合评定,并列出每个基本作战单元等级转移表,然后求出转移概率矩阵,进而确定战斗力效绩值。 Air defense group/regiment combat effectiveness performance evaluation, first uses fuzzy evaluation to evaluate battle effectiveness of air defense troop group/regiment, which was under the basic combat unit/camp, to acquire synthetic grade. Then, the Markov chain is in the application of air defense troop group/regiment annual comprehensive assessment, to divide the results into several grades, includes: first ensure defense analysis group/regiment model type, then the experts group synthetically assess the grades of the individual combat units, and list hierarchical transfer table of each basic unit, then acquire the transfer probability matrix to determine the combat effectiveness of performance value.
