摘要
运用层次分析并结合模糊系统效能评估的方法,可采用模块划分和建立评估标准层次结构,以定性和定量相结合的层次分析,对军械装备全寿命过程进行效能评估。即通过评估人员权重分配及其分值权重确定,模型参数设置,建立效益评估的指标体系、确定评估参数和评估指标模型,最终计算军械装备全寿命的效益值。
When applying hierarchy analysis and the method of fuzzy system benefit evaluation, the project uses module partition and constructing hierarchy structure of evaluation standard, through the hierarchy analysis of combining quality and quantity, and makes benefit evaluation for entire life cycle of ordnance equipment, that is, calculates the benefit evaluation value of entire life cycle of ordnance equipment through evaluating personnel power distribution and definition, setting up module parameters, establishing index system of benefit evaluation, confirming evaluating parameters and index module.
