摘要
道路模拟机的虚拟样机仿真平台,基于虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS软件建立。根据道路虚拟机工作原理,采用逆傅立叶变换法构建行驶路面信号,建立接触碰撞力学模型以模拟路面与车轮的相互作用。在此基础上建立道路模拟机虚拟样机仿真平台,对车辆平顺性进行仿真。结果表明:该仿真平台可用于车辆行驶平顺性试验研究。
A visual prototype model of the road analog machine was built, based on virtual prototype technology, and by using ADAMS. According to the operating principle of the road analog machine, inverse Fourier transform was adopted to build running road signal; a contact bump mechanical model was built to simulate the interaction between road and road wheel. Based on the foundation of that, simulation platform of road analog machine was built for vehicle ride comfort research. The results indicated that the platform could be used to research the vehicle ride comfort.
