摘要
VXI/PXI开关模块在自动测试系统中的配置应首先分析ATS系统资源结构和用户测试需求,使效率/费用比最大。其次,采用模块化可扩展开关系统结构,预留扩展空间,使测试系统向上兼容。最后通过分析不确定来源,对开关系统和激励源引入的不确定度进行分析,并对开关系统在信号传输过程中引起的干扰采取抗干扰设计。
The VXI/PXI switching module is applied in ATS. Firstly, structures of ATS and user's requirement are analyzed in order to get high efficiency/cost ratio. Secondly, modularized and open-ended structures are adopted in order to provide interface for future enlargement. At last, measurement uncertainty source is analyzed to assess the uncertainty brought by switching system. Anti-jamming designing is also used to reduce interference produced by switching system.
