摘要
由PID调制器、固态继电器(SSR)、温度传感器和烘箱构成的烘箱加热器,通过PID调制器的面板设置控温数值,温度传感器测量烘箱内的温度并传送给PID调制器,经PID调制器计算处理后,其输出控制SSR的通/端以调节加热功率,实现温度的精确控制。在玻璃退火炉温控中,选用SR70系列可编程PID调制器。在电真空烘箱加热器温控中,采用计算机PID二级控制模式,下位机为直接控制系统,上位机采用计算机构成监督控制。
The oven heater consists of PID modulator/solid state relay and temperature sensor. The numerical temperature value is set on the control panel, while the sensor measures the temperatures in the oven and sends it back to the PID modulator. After PID modulator processing, the PID modulator output controls SSR to adjust output power. By this means, precision temperature control is realized. In glass anneal furnace, SR70 series programmable PID modulator is used as temperature controller. Furthermore, based on the PID two-level control mode, the lower PC is the direct control system, and the upper PC adopts computer to realize monitoring control.
