摘要
气体浓度光学分析方法具有测量范围宽、精度高、非接触在线测量等优点。对基于光学的气体浓度分析方法的原理、方法及数据处理进行了阐述,分析了气体浓度光学分析方法的存在问题及发展趋势。
The optical analysis method of gas concentration has advantages of large measurement range, high precision, untouched on-line measurement and so on. The principle, procedure and data processing of the analysis method of gas concentration based on optics are described. The problems and development trend of this method are analyzed.
