对生产炭黑新工艺技术——湿法造粒进行研究与应用。以焦炉煤气替代煤焦油作为燃料,实现焦炉煤气综合利用,降低炭黑生产成本,减轻环境污染,使炭黑产品质量及品种数量均得到了提高,经济效益和社会效益显著。

Wet pelletizing process, a new technology for producing carbon black is studied and applied. By replacing coal tar by coke oven gas as fuel, the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas is realized, the production cost of carbon black is reduced, the environmental pollution is mitigated, the quality and variety quantity of carbon black product are improved, and the remarkable economic and social benefits are obtained.
