摘要
文章阐述了需求导向型的激励模式,分析了企业激励机制的需求、动机、环境、刺激、行为等基本要素的相互关系及在构建企业激励机制中的作用,同时提出如何建立健全的企业激励机制。
The paper discusses the demand - oriented incentive mode and analyzes the relations and roles of the basic elements of corporate incentive mechanismsuch such as demand, motivation, environment, stimulus and behavior. The author puts forward ways to establish a sound corporate incentive mechanism.
