摘要
本文从分析英汉谚语着手,剖析两种文化的价值取向差异,为英语学习者提供有益的帮助。
The paper studies the differences in values of Chinese and English cultures by analyzing proverbs; the author explores the historical reasos behind them. This research work is supposed to help people better understand the distinctive characteristics of each culture, and facilitate EFL learning and teaching.
