摘要
我国人才测评古已有之,主要用于选拔官吏。特定的测评对象、社会环境和几千年来的经验积累,形成了我国古代人才测评体系特有的一些特点,如:测评指标、考评方法及对主试人的要求等。参阅我国古代人才测评特点,结合当今西方人才测评的方式方法,加以发展和创新,使人才测评更好地服务于社会。
Talents assessment, used for choosing the government officials, is characterized by specific assessment target, is social environment and experience. For instance: assessment index, checking method and requirement for examiners etc. combining the characteristics of ancient talents assessment of our country with the current methods of western talents assessment, we should selfdevelop so as to serve the society better.
