以丁香酚和含氢硅油为原料,通过硅氢加成反应,合成了侧链含酚羟基的硅油;然后与聚碳酸酯(PC)熔融共混,制得聚碳酸酯/丁香酚改性硅油共聚物,研究了丁香酚改性硅油对PC性能的影响。结果表明,PC中丁香酚硅油质量分数为1%时,其常温冲击性能、拉伸性能和弯曲性能、耐热性能改变不大,但流动性得到有效改善;当丁香酚硅油质量分数超过3%时,其冲击强度、断裂伸长率有较大幅度的降低。熔体流动速率的增加不明显。
The paper introduced a method that synthesizes eugenol containing silicone oil with dimethylsiloxane containing hydroxybenzene at side chain, and eugenol by hydrosilyation. The article also investigated the influence of the eugenol-siloxane on polycarbonate(PC), after the eugenol-siloxane and PC were blended together by hot melt.. The result of research show that mixed eugenol-siloxane improved effectively the fluidity of PC and lowered the gap sensitivity of PC. The study laid the groundwork for synthesizing the outstanding PC/ eugenol-siloxane copolymer.
