介绍姜辑君教授的针刺手法经验特点。关于针刺手法技巧,认为是针入的深浅、旋转的幅度、行针的速度与时间、针力的大小、力向的变化等因素的巧妙结合运用。关于针刺补泻,从提插幅度、捻转角度和频率3个方面总结了针刺补泻的特点。进针时强调要从立体的角度看穴位,针刺时体会进针点、经过点和到针点。非常重视针刺得气的重要性,认为针刺治疗关键是手法,手法要到位。针灸刺激量的调节因病、因人而异,强调做全身调整时要使针感平衡,以平为期。

To introduce some clinical experiences of Professor JIANG Ji-jun, a famous Chinese medicine expert, in acupuncture needle manipulation, Conceming about thc technique of needling skills, he thinks that it mainly relies on the artful control of several factors such as the depth of needling, the amplitude of rotation, the speed and time of manipulating acupuncture needle, the force of needling, and the changes of needling direction. Regarding his experience in the reinforcing and reducing method of needling, he summarizes in three aspects： amplitude of inserting ＆ drawing, angle and frequency of rotation. When inserting the needle, he stresses to locate the acupoint in a stereoscopic view, and to comprebend in mind the inserting point, transiting point and reaching point. He pays great attention to the important role of needling sensation. He thinks the key of acupuncture therapy is the manipulation, which should be well - controlled. The stimulating intensity of acupuncture should be modulated according to the differences of illness and person. He also emphasizes the balance of sensation in each side of patient when attempting to regulate the whole body, and regards the balance as the expectation of needling manipulation.
