SHR大鼠对三草降压汤降压反应的个体差异研究

Study on Individual Differences of Blood Pressure Response of SHRs to San Cao Jiang Ya Tang

目的:观察自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)对三草降压汤降压反应的个体差异特点。方法:采用自身交叉对照的方法观察了24只SHR大鼠对中药三草降压汤和西药莫索尼定的血压反应,然后按照个体差异进行了分组,采用自身前后对照的方法观察了敏感与不敏感的两组大鼠对不同浓度中药三草降压汤血压反应。结果:虽然多数个体给药后血压明显降低,但有29%的自发性高血压大鼠在给予三草降压汤后血压无明显变化,当增大或减小剂量时,这些对药物不敏感的大鼠血压仍没有显著改善。结论:这一现象说明中药三草降压汤对SHR大鼠的降压效果存在较大的个体差异,这种差异呈现出与降压西药不同的特点。

Objective： To observe the individual differences of depressive blood pressure response of spontaneously hypertensive rats （SHR） to San Cao Jiang Ya Tang. Methods： The blood pressure response of 24 SHRs to Chinese medicine San Cao Jiang Ya Tang and Western medicine Moxonidine was observed by cross - over trial, then the rats were divided into groups according to their individual differences, the blood pressure responses to different dose of San Cao Jiang Ya Tang of the sensitive group and insensitive group were compared by an anterior -posterior self-control study. Results： Although blood pressure decreased obviously in many individuals, there was no obvious difference in the blood pressure of 29% SHR after taken San Cao Jiang Ya Tang. When the dose was increased or decreased, blood pressure of these insensitive rats still didni improve. Conclusion： These results implied that there was markedly individual difference in blood pressure response of SHR to Chinese medicine San Cao Jiang Ya Tang, this individual difference shows dissimilar characteristic from those to Western medicine.
