摘要
目的:采用MMPI信度和效度量表对肝气郁结证患者进行心理测量,以发现肝气郁结证患者的个性特征;方法:20例肝气郁结证患者和20例正常受试者,按年龄、性别配对,采用MMPI测试软件进行测试,得出两组28个信度和效度量表的得分并进行分析;结果:肝气郁结证组与正常对照组比较Tt、DS、DO、HYO有极显著性差异(P<0.001),MMF、Acq、PDO、SSM、PAO、MAS也有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);结论:肝气郁结证患者有多个个性特征方面的改变。
Objective： To study the personality characteristics of the stagnation of Liver - Qi syndrome persons. Methods： 20 liver -qi stagnation syndrome persons and 20 normal persons whose paired by sex and age were tested by MMPI. The scores of 28 reliability and validity scales were acquired and analyzed. Results： There is a remarkable difference of 9 reliability and validity scales between the group of liver - qi stagnation syndrome and the group of normal in MMF,Acq,PDO,SSM,PAO,MAS,Tt,DS,DO,HYO（ P 〈0.05 -0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The liver- Qi stagnation persons has some special personality characteristics changed.
